Q: How often should I use the Beard Oil?

Ans: Twice a day if possible but at least once a day to get the best results. DO NOT apply on a dry beard.

Q: How often should I use the cleanser?

Ans: It’s more about preference, I use the cleanser 2-3 times a week, however I would not recommend using it daily. If you are looking for a daily wash, I recommend using my beard wash soap. If you use different beard products especially switching up on scents (like I do) I highly recommend using the cleanser at least 2-3 times a week.

Q: How do I use the Beard Scrub?

Ans: In the shower with hot water. Scrub your beard until the sugar dissolves, let it sit for a couple of minutes then rinse it off. If you are using other beard products in the shower, please make sure you use the beard scrub last. For example, use the cleanser or/and beard wash soap first then scrub your beard. I don’t recommend using over your bathroom sink, in the shower you will be able to rinse off properly

Q: Did your prices recently changed?

Ans: Yes, due to inflations, out of stock situations and triple shipping fees, as a company I had to make a change. I fought the decision for a few months but in order to keep the business afloat and continue to provide quality products, I had to make a small increase.  

Q: Will you bring back the discontinued product?

Ans: I’m not sure, hopefully but I have a few new scents coming out. I will always stay innovative when it comes to Beardiful. The future is bright.  

Q: Is this product made for only Black/Latino hair?

Ans: Hair is hair, the most important question is, what is the texture of your hair? And which products work best with your hair? The answer to those questions can vary, so please do your research. Then compare the ingredients I use in my products. I also list the benefits to help narrow down your search. Last thing there’s a difference between “Hand-made” VS “Machine-made”. I will always choose homemade.

Q: How long it will take for me to receive my order?

Ans: Orders usually ship 3-5 business days after being placed (does not include weekends or holidays), if there are any delays, I will send email with an update. Q: How often you do you update your website?

Ans: I try my best to keep it updated as much as possible, inventory count is always up to date.

Q: Which shipping company do you use?

Ans: I mainly use the post office. For wholesale/custom orders it varies from UPS/FedEX

Q: What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Ans: Please first contact your local post office and start a claim with your tracking number. If shipped priority it comes with a $50.00 insurance. To collect the insurance, we must follow several steps. 1- Reach out to local post office, 2-Take pictures of damaged package (clear and multiple) 3- When you send the photos, please also CC me as well. Q: Will I receive a refund if my package is damaged

Ans: No, I do not ship damaged packages. Because I aim to please I typically will ship another order if you notify me of a damaged package along with pics but is not guaranteedthat I will re-send another package. Filing a claim with the post office should always be the first option. I will try my best to work with everyone but please keep in mind a replacement is not guaranteed.   

Q: Can I use the shea butter on my Beard?

Ans: Yes, I have a lot of customers who only use the butter on their beard. The whipped shea butter is a superfruit for both your hair and skin.  

Q: Which product helps my beard grow?

Ans: All of them, each product has ingredients that will promote growth however my go to would be the beard scrub. The beard scrub has produced the best growth results for my customers. I will be honest for the first 1 and ½ I was in business I only sold beard oil. The oil was helping a lot of people with growth.

Q: What type of comb/pick should I use, wood/plastic/metal?

Ans: Wood type by far is the best option. Wood combs/picks will help keep your beard soft as it smoothly strokes through your beard. Plus, it also helps with detangles. Breakage and split. According to google, A wooden comb increases blood flow to the scalp and hence provides optimum nutrients to the hair follicles. It also regulates the production of sebum and removes impurities.

Q: How long have you been in business?

Ans: I have been in business almost 4 years now. 

 Q: Do you have a physical location

Ans: No, I used to have a store in Baltimore MD, but now I am stickily online and doing pop ups.  Do not be surprised if you see me in your City in the near future. If you know about any big festivals in your City, send them my way Traverdejo@gmail.com  I will travel. 

Q: Would you meet a customer for an order?

Ans: As of right now I’m in Maryland. If we meet, I will charge an additional fee, best option will be to ship however if you would like to meet send me an email, text, DM or Inbox Traverdejo@gmail.com
